What brands of paint do you use?
We only use the highest of quality paint suppliers. These being, Wattyl, Solver and Dulux. Different products are recommended for each projects individual requirements.
How long do i have to wait for my quote?
We aim to contact you and arrange a time that works with your schedule within 1-2 hours after a quote has been requested. Once a site meeting has been completed, quotes usually take 24-48 hours to be submitted.
Are you registered?
Everyone on our team holds current painters registrations as well as public liability insurance.
Do i need to provide a deposit?
Generally for all works under $5,000 we don't request a deposit. For all projects larger than $5,000 a 25% deposit is required prior to works commencing.
Do i need to vacate the property for a full internal repaint?
No not at all. When we undertake a full interior re-paint project we discuss with you a plan of action to complete the job in stages. This may mean that certain areas of your home must vacated whilst works are being carried out.We aim to complete all works with as little disruption to you and your families daily routine.
Do you offer a workmanship guarantee?
We guarantee all of our work unless specified prior to works commencing. All of the products we use also come with manufacturers guarantees to ensure you are covered for years to come.
